Winemaker's NotesThe 2018 vintage was relatively dry but not excessively hot. The fruit from these vintage exhibits excellent flavors concentration.
Whole bunches were hand harvested and then allowed to air dry on racks for about 3 weeks. During this time, the grapes dehydrate, resulting in much more flavor concentration. The fruit was then basket pressed and naturally fermented. No sugar or alcohol has been added - it’s all natural!
Beautiful golden hue with elegant bouquet showing a hint of toffee and light honeysuckle aromas. Powerful flavor with strong peach and apricot influence. Will stand up perfectly against any desert.
