  • Estate grown from Rusden’s vineyards in Vine Vale Eastern Barossa Valley Floor
  • 100% Chenin Blanc, hand-picked fruit
  • Barrell fermented
  • Oak treatment: 6 months, first and second use French oak hogsheads, on sur lees
  • Soil: Deep sand over red clay

Tasting Notes

Scents of citrus, jasmine and honeysuckle on the nose. A mouth filling white with equal parts texture and purity. Lemon pith, honeydew melon, pear with faith ginger and spice dominate the palate. Beautifully poised and eminently drinkable.
