Tasting Notes

Cuvée Boz, 100% Chardonnay, is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified entirely in stainless steel barrels, the wine has a remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through, displaying toasty, flint-like minerality and a long, persistent finish.
